Build, schedule, and deliver tailored reports to your team or clients.

Overview

Custom Reports give you full control over your report's design, content, and scheduling. Whether you start from scratch or convert an existing dashboard, you can customize every aspect of the report and set it to deliver automatically to any recipient.

Timezone Considerations

Different parts of the report use different timezone references. Keep this in mind when reviewing data:

How to Create a Custom Report

Access Custom Reports
Navigate to the Reporting section and click Custom Reports. Select New Report to begin.

Choose Your Starting Point
Create a report from scratch, or convert an existing dashboard into a report.

Use the Report Builder
If starting from scratch, you'll enter the Report Builder. Rename your report at the top to reflect its purpose.

Customize the Cover Page
The first page is the cover page. Open Page Propertieson the right to:
  • Upload your company logo
  • Configure headers for each page
  • Adjust background colors
  • Remove the cover page entirely if not needed

Add Widgets, Sections & Themes
Click the + icon on the left to add widgets from the sidebar. Use the Elements Menu to add titles and organize sections. Switch to the Themes section to choose a predefined theme or build a custom one.

Manage Pages
Add pages using the + icon at the top or bottom of any page. Click the Page Icon to view all pages. Drag and drop to reorder, and rename pages as needed.

Download Your Report
Click the Download button at the top to export a PDF version of your report at any time.

Save, Send, or Schedule
Click Save, then choose Send to deliver immediately or Schedule for automated delivery.

Configure Schedule & Delivery
Set all delivery options — see the Schedule & Delivery Settings section below for details on each field.

Send a Test Email
Before finalizing, send a test email to verify how the report will appear to recipients.

Save and Schedule
Click Save and Schedule. Your report will automatically send based on the configured schedule.

Schedule & Delivery Settings

The following options are available when configuring your report schedule in Step 9.

Frequency
How often the report is sent — daily, weekly, or other intervals.
Time
The exact time the report email is delivered.
Date Range
The data period to include in the report.
Widget-Level Date Settings
When enabled, widgets with custom date ranges and comparisons retain those settings in the emailed report.
Compare With
Toggle to add comparison trends and period-over-period data to the report.
Sender Email
Customize the email address the report is sent from.
Subject
The subject line for the report delivery email.
Recipients
Email addresses of everyone who should receive the report.
Optional Email Body
Add a custom message to include in the body of the report email.
