Measure ad campaigns, lead sources, calls, and team performance in one place.
The Advanced Reporting feature lets you track and measure your marketing campaigns and lead management. This guide walks through each report and how to read it.
Accessing Advanced Reporting
Go to the Reporting section in TheraSaaS. Before pulling data, connect your Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms through Integrations — data then syncs and displays automatically.
Google Ads reporting
After connecting Google Ads, view campaign details like clicks, costs, and revenue. Revenue is based on your assigned lifetime client value (e.g., $2,600 per client), which drives ROI. You can filter campaigns by status (active, paused).
Total revenue from opportunities vs. ad spend.
e.g. 669%Ad cost per lead converted to a paying client.
e.g. $388Ad spend per lead generated.
e.g. $145Click the conversion icons to see the list of clients that came through Google Ads. TheraSaaS tracks opportunities converted into paying clients — giving you more control than relying on Google Ads' default "thank you" page tracking.
Attribution reporting
The attribution report shows where your leads come from and how much revenue they generate, based on each client's lifetime value (e.g., $2,600). For example, 110 opportunities with 10 converted will reflect the total revenue tied to those leads.
- Session events: tracks how each visitor arrived (organic search, direct, referral), what actions they took (e.g., form fills), and their source via UTM tracking.
- Drill-down analysis: filter to specific events like form submissions or paid search to follow a lead's journey from source to conversion — including leads from Google Business, organic search, or referrals like Psychology Today.
Lead source reporting
A breakdown of where leads come from:
Call reporting
Select a date range and phone numbers (e.g., Google Ads tracking numbers) to view average call duration, total calls, and first-time calls.
- TheraSaaS hides personal health information for privacy, but you can still see the contact tied to each call and its duration.
- Enable call recording in phone settings to listen back — useful for coaching intake coordinators. Recordings can be downloaded and reviewed.
Agent performance reporting
The Agent Report shows how your intake coordinators are performing:
- Opportunities won: how many clients each agent has converted.
- Most opportunities handled: which agents are handling the most opportunities.
- Leadership board: a ranking of top-performing agents to monitor each coordinator's effectiveness.
Set an accurate lifetime client value first — every ROI, CPS, and revenue figure depends on it. Review ad, attribution, call, and agent reports together for the full picture.
Reports are only as good as your connected integrations. If data looks missing, confirm Google Ads, Facebook, and analytics are still connected under Integrations.
