Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential for staying on top of your business goals. With custom dashboards, you can visualize your data in one place and share insights across your team.
Custom dashboards help you monitor your team’s KPIs in one place, enabling smarter decisions and better visibility across departments. Here's how to build and customize your own dashboard from scratch.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard Section
In the main left-side menu, click Dashboards.
You’ll see three options:
Create a new dashboard from scratch
Choose existing template from the library
Clone existing dashboard
For this guide, we’ll create a new dashboard from scratch.
Click Add Dashboard, give it a name, and set access permissions for team members as needed.
Step 2: Start Building with Widgets
Widgets are the reporting sections on your dashboard.
You can either:
Choose from the system’s pre-defined widgets
Or build your own widget manually
Add a Widget Manually
Choose the fields you want to pull data from.
Select the type of chart to display the data.
Click the widget to add it to your dashboard.
Tip: Drag and drop widgets to rearrange them for your preferred layout.
General Predefined Widgets
Below are pre-built widgets you can add instantly:
Opportunity Status – Number of opportunities grouped by status
Opportunity Value – Total value of all opportunities distributed by status
Conversion Rate – % and revenue of won opportunities
Funnel – Visual funnel by stages with conversion rates
Stages Distribution – Number of opportunities per stage
Tasks – List view of all tasks added
Manual Actions – Count of manual SMS and phone actions
Lead Source Report – Overview of leads by source
Google Analytics Count – Numeric overview of website data
Google Analytics Chart – Chart view of total website views
Google Business Profile – Overview of GBP metrics
Facebook Ads Report – Clicks, spend, CTR, and CPC for Facebook Ads
Google Ads Report – Clicks, spend, CTR, and CPC for Google Ads
Sales Efficiency – Report on sales time efficiency

Opportunity Counts by Status – Grouped by opportunity status
Opened Opportunity Value – Value of opened opportunities
Lost Opportunity Value – Value of lost opportunities
Abandoned Opportunity Value – Value of abandoned opportunities
Won Opportunity Value – Value of won opportunities
Total Opportunity Value – Combined value of all opportunities
Won Opportunities This Month (For You) – Your won deals this month
Won Opportunities Value This Month (For You) – Your won value this month
Won Opportunities Value This Month – Total team’s won value this month
Example: Add “Opportunity Counts Over Time”
Choose Opportunity Counts Over Time from Opportunity Widgets
Set the time period (daily, weekly, monthly)
Set View By: Created On or Updated On
Under Conditions, filter by:
Status
Opportunity Owner
Tags
Specific Pipeline
Contacts Category Example
To track where most client leads are coming from, add:
Add a widget, choose General category and then Top Sources for Contacts Created
This helps you understand and optimize your lead generation sources.
Under Advanced Settings – Conditions you may filter specific sources or compare the current data with previous period
Build Widgets Using Custom Fields
Example: Top 15 Referrals (How Did You Hear About Us?)
Go to Contacts: Total Contacts Count
Click Advanced Settings > Conditions
Filter by the custom field:
“How did you hear about us?”
Condition: Is Not Empty
Tip: Use dropdown options instead of text fields for cleaner reporting.
Add Google Analytics Chart
Add a new widget
Under General, select Google Analytics Chart
Choose the relevant metrics to display
Add Sales Efficiency Chart
This widget shows how long it takes to close a sale from lead creation.
Use filters to segment by user and monitor performance across your team.
Schedule Reports by Email
To receive scheduled reports from your dashboards via email regularly:
Go to Reporting in the main menu
Click Custom Reports
Choose the dashboard to receive
Click Schedule and configure:
Frequency: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly
Time of sending
Sender & recipients info
Comparison period for insights over time (i.e., comparing data to the previous same duration period)
