This guide explains how to set up new pipelines or modify existing ones within TheraSaaS to better manage your intake process.
1. Accessing Pipelines
Go to the Opportunities Tab:
Navigate to Opportunities from the main dashboard.
Select Pipelines:
In the Opportunities section, click on Pipelines to view all existing pipelines in your account.
2. Customizing an Existing Pipeline
Select a Pipeline to Edit:
Find the pipeline you wish to modify and click the pencil icon next to it. This will open a pop-up window for editing.
Make Adjustments:
Change Pipeline Name: Edit the name of the pipeline if needed.
Rename or Add Stages:
Modify existing stage names or click New Stage to add a new one.
After making changes, click Save.
Hide Pipeline Statistics (Optional):
If you do not want a pipeline to appear in the funnel or pie chart on the dashboard:
Go to the pipeline’s settings, locate the Hide from Funnel and Pie Chart option, and toggle it on.
This setting hides the pipeline’s statistics from appearing in these dashboard visuals but does not remove it from the visual pipeline view.
3. Creating a New Pipeline
Initiate Pipeline Creation:
In the Pipelines section, click Create New Pipeline.
Configure the New Pipeline:
Name: Enter a name for your new pipeline.
Add Stages: Start adding stages that correspond to the steps in your intake or lead management process.
Save:
After naming and configuring your pipeline, click Save to activate it.
4. Additional Access Point for Pipeline Editing
Go to Settings:
Access Settings from the main navigation.
Find Pipelines under My Business:
Under the My Business section, select Pipelines to view and edit all your pipelines from this alternative location.
Summary
Using the Pipelines feature in TheraSaaS, you can create, edit, and organize your pipelines to effectively track client intake stages. For quick modifications, go to Opportunities > Pipelines, and for alternative access, use Settings > My Business > Pipelines. This flexibility ensures that your pipelines align with your practice’s specific workflow.
