This guide will walk you through accessing and managing contacts, known as "opportunities," through the pipeline stages on TheraSaaS.
1. Accessing the Opportunities Tab
Open Opportunities:
From your dashboard, click on Opportunities on the side tab.
Select a Pipeline:
Use the drop-down menu to choose the pipeline you want to view (e.g., Referral Source, Psychiatry, New Client Deployment).
Find and Filter Opportunities:
Use the search bar to look up specific contacts, or apply filters to display opportunities by status (e.g., Open, Won, Lost, Abandoned).
2. Moving Contacts Through the Pipeline
Locate the Contact:
Find the contact (or "opportunity") you want to move within the visual pipeline.
Drag and Drop:
Click on any blank space within the contact’s card and drag it to the desired pipeline stage.
Using the Status Bin:
For opportunities that are won, lost, or abandoned, drag the contact card to the appropriate bin at the bottom of the screen.
Alternative Status Change:
Click on the contact’s card, select Status, and choose the status (e.g., Won, Lost, Abandoned). Confirm changes by clicking Update.
3. Additional Opportunity Actions
Add New Opportunity:
Click Add Opportunity, select the contact from your list, and assign them to a specific pipeline and stage.
Set an opportunity status, value, coordinator, and tag before clicking Create.
Schedule Appointments:
Open the contact’s details, select Schedule Appointment, choose a date, time, and location, then click Book Appointment.
Add Tasks:
Click on the Tasks section, select Add Task, and assign it to a team member. Set a due date and click Save.
Add Notes:
In the Notes section, click Add Note to add, edit, or delete notes for an opportunity.
View Conversations:
Click the contact’s name to access the Conversations tab, where you can view the unified inbox, tasks, notes, appointments, documents, and payments related to the contact.
