How to Use the Memberships Module?

This guide provides a step-by-step process to create, customize, and manage courses within the Memberships module on TheraSaaS. This tool is ideal for creating onboarding courses, internal team training, or public courses.

1. Access the Memberships Module

1. Navigate to Memberships:

   • On the dashboard, click on Memberships to access course options, including Products, Offers, Analytics, and Settings.

2. Create and Structure Courses

1. Go to Products:

   • In Products, you can start building your course structure.

2. Create Product Categories:

   • Click Create Category to add a new section (e.g., "Introduction").

   • Drag and arrange categories as needed within the course structure.

3. Add Lessons and Content:

   • For each category, add lessons by clicking Add Lesson.

   • Input the lesson title and description.

   • You can include videos (uploaded or embedded), files, and thumbnails for visual branding.

4. Save and Preview:

   • Save lessons in draft mode and hit Preview to see how they’ll appear to users.

   • Only published content will display to users in the live course.

5. Delete Categories/Lessons:

   • To delete a category, first remove all lessons within it, as a safeguard against accidental deletion.

3. Configure Course Details and Branding

1. Edit Course Details:

   • Under Details, name the course and add customizations like logos, instructor information, and other branding elements.

4. Set Up Offers for Course Access

1. Create an Offer:

   • Go to Offers and create a new offer for your course.

   • Give the offer a title, select the related product (course), and choose whether it’s free or paid.

2. Pricing and Checkout Link:

   • To set a price, connect a Stripe account.

   • Once configured, copy the checkout link and share it directly with users, or embed it on your site.

5. Customize Course Access with Settings

1. Custom Domain Setup:

   • In Settings, set up a custom domain (e.g., learn.yourURL.com) by updating DNS records to create a branded course link.

2. Add Support and Branding:

   • Customize the support email, branding, and any additional links.

6. Track Progress in Analytics

1. Monitor User Activity:

   • Use Analytics to view enrollment data, track individual progress, see login history, and check the last activity date.
