How to add & remove bulk tags manually?

1. Navigate to the Contacts Tab:

2. Select the Contacts:

You can filter or manually search for the specific contacts you want to tag.
Once the contacts are displayed, click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible contacts (e.g., 20 contacts on the current page).
If there are more contacts across multiple pages, click the option to select all records (e.g., "Select all 33 records") to ensure all relevant contacts are included.

3. Add Tags in Bulk:

After selecting the contacts, a menu bar will appear at the top.
Click on Add Tag.
A new window will pop up, allowing you to choose from existing tags or create a new tag.
Example: Select "Individual Counseling" or type in a new tag name.
In the required Action Description field, briefly explain why you are adding this tag (e.g., "Adding for demo purposes").
Click Add to apply the tag to all selected contacts.
Wait for the system to update and confirm the tag has been added to the contacts.

4. Remove Tags in Bulk:

To remove tags from multiple contacts, follow the same initial steps:
Select the contacts by checking the box or selecting all records.
From the menu, click Remove Tag.
Choose the tag you want to remove (e.g., "Individual Counseling").
In the Action Description field, provide a reason for removing the tag (e.g., "Removing for demo purposes").
Click Remove to delete the tag from all selected contacts.

5. Confirmation:

Once the action is complete, the tags will either be added or removed from the selected contacts. The system may take a moment to process this change, especially with a large number of contacts.
