1. Accessing the Contacts Tab:
Navigate to the Contacts tab in TheraSaaS.
Select the individual contact to which you want to view or add a tag
2. Viewing Existing Tags:
Once in the contact’s profile, locate the tags section.
Here, you will see any existing tags that have already been assigned to the contact.
3. Adding a Tag:
To add a new tag, click on the "Add Tag" button.
A list of previously used tags within your TheraSaaS account will appear.
4. Creating a New Tag:
If the desired tag doesn’t exist, you can create a new tag by typing the name of the new tag in the input field.
Click the "plus (+) New Tag" option that appears next to the typed text to create and add the tag.
5. Using an Existing Tag:
If the tag already exists, simply scroll through the list or type the tag name to select it.
Once selected, the tag will be added to the contact.
6. Managing Tags:
You can manually add or remove tags from contacts as needed, either individually or through automation (covered separately in automation settings).
This process allows you to easily manage tags, helping organize contacts by specific categories or attributes within TheraSaaS.
