1. Accessing the Contacts Tab:
Go to the Contacts tab in TheraSaaS.
Adjust the page size (e.g., to 50 contacts) to view more contacts at once if needed.
2. Using Filters:
Click on More Filters to open the filter sidebar.
From the sidebar, select various filtering criteria such as tags, date created, or other fields.
Example: To filter contacts by a specific tag (e.g., "missed call"), select the tags option and choose a condition like "is," "is not," or "is empty."
Once you select your criteria (e.g., tag = "missed call"), click Apply to see filtered results.
3. Creating a Smart List:
After applying filters, if you want to save this filtered view as a Smart List:
Click Save as Smart List at the bottom of the filter sidebar.
Provide a name for your Smart List (e.g., "Missed Call").
Click Save to store the Smart List.
Your Smart List will now appear in the Contacts tab and can be accessed anytime by selecting its name from the list of options.
4. Customizing Smart List Columns:
To adjust what information (columns) is displayed in your Smart List:
Click Columns from the top right of the contacts table.
Scroll through the list and select the fields you want to display (e.g., "How did you hear about us").
Close the column settings once you've made your selection.
5. Saving Column Adjustments to the Smart List:
After customizing the columns, go back to More Filters and click Save to update the Smart List with the new column configuration.
This ensures that whenever you access the Smart List, the selected columns will appear.
6. Advanced Filtering for Smart Lists:
You can further refine your filters by adding conditions such as specific time frames:
Example: Filter contacts with a tag (e.g., "daddy issues") created in the last 30 days.
In the filter sidebar, select Created Date, set it to less than 30 days, and apply the filter.
Save this as a Smart List if you want to quickly access these filtered contacts later.
