TheraSaaS uses transparent, usage-based pricing so you only pay for what you use. Costs are broken down across email, phone, and AI employee services, making it easy to scale as your practice or business grows.
In addition to subscription access, each TheraSaaS plan includes a monthly usage credit that helps offset variable, pay-as-you-go costs such as messaging, calls, and AI usage.
Starter Plan includes $10 in monthly usage credit
Essentials Plan includes $20 in monthly usage credit
Premium Plan includes $30 in monthly usage credit
Once the included credit is fully used, the card on file is automatically charged to reload usage credits as needed, and these per-use charges are separate from the base subscription plan fees.

MMS Inbound: $0.033 per message
MMS Outbound: $0.044 per message
Number Intelligence
Name Lookup: $0.01 per lookup
Spam Detection: $0.005 per test
Number Validation: $0.005 per call
Voice Calls
Making Calls: $0.028 per minute
Receiving Calls: $0.017 per minute
Additional Call Charges
Call Recording: $0.005 per minute
Call Recording Storage: $0.001 per minute
Call Transcription: $0.073 per minute
AI Employee (API Tokens)
Pay-as-you-go pricing:
Voice AI Receptionist: $0.26 per minute
Conversation AI: $0.04 per message
Content AI:
$0.18 per 1,000 words
