This guide walks you through setting up your Business Profile within TheraSaaS, including key information such as your business name, address, and contact details. This information is used for communications, legal recognition, and client interactions.

Step-by-step setup

1Access the settings
Log in to TheraSaaS — you'll land on the dashboard. From the left-hand menu, scroll to the bottom and click Settings. This opens the Business Profile section.
2Fill in business profile information
Complete the following fields in the Business Profile section:
General Information
- Friendly Business Name — the name your clients know.
- Legal Business Name — the official name registered for your business.
Business Contact Information
- Business Email — your primary email for business communications.
- Business Phone Number — the contact number for your practice.
- Business Website — the URL of your official website.
Industry
- Industry — select Health & Medical (for mental health private practices).
3Add your business address
Add your Physical Business Address.
Important
Ensure this address matches the one associated with your EIN (Employer Identification Number) and recognized by the IRS.
4Set business type and registration
- Business Type — select your business structure (e.g., LLC).
- Registration Type — most often this will be EIN. Enter your EIN Number and select USA or Canada.
5Add the authorized representative
Enter the details of the business owner. For Job Position, select Other or type a custom title if necessary.
6Configure call and voicemail settings
- Call Settings — set a 10-second timeout for calls before directing them to voicemail.
- Missed Call Text-Back — turn this on to automatically send a text when a call is missed.
7Save your information
After filling out each section, scroll to the bottom and click Update Information to save your changes.

If any details change, you can return to this section at any time to update them. Keeping your profile accurate ensures smooth communications and proper legal recognition.

A business address that doesn't match your EIN/IRS records can cause verification issues. Double-check this field before saving.
