Integrating your Facebook with TheraSaaS can significantly enhance your lead management capabilities by streamlining the process of capturing and managing leads from Facebook ads. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively manage leads generated through your Facebook campaigns. By following these instructions, you will ensure a seamless connection between TheraSaaS and Facebook, leading to more efficient lead tracking and follow-up.

Accessing Integration Settings

  • Navigate to the TheraSaaS settings.
  • Go to the Integrations section.

Connecting to Facebook

  • Ensure you're logged into your Facebook account.
  • Click Connect and then choose Edit Settings instead of Continue to select specific pages for integration.
  • After selecting the desired pages and permissions, finalize the connection.

Verifying the Integration

  • Sometimes, the integration may not show immediately. Refresh your page to see the updated status.

Managing Facebook Leads

Once the integration is complete, the next step is to manage leads generated from Facebook.

Mapping Form Fields

  • Find your forms under Facebook Form Fields Mapping.
