1. Access the Tasks Section:
Log in to your TheraSaaS account.
Navigate to the Contacts tab, then click on Tasks to view your task list.
2. Creating a Contactless Task (Internal Task):
In the Tasks section, click on the New Task button (green button in the upper-right corner).
Enter Task Details:
Title: Provide a title for the task (e.g., "Do This First").
Description: Add a brief description of the task (e.g., "Please do this first").
Save the Task: You can save the task without assigning it to any team member or contact by simply clicking Save. This creates a contactless task, which is an internal task that can be assigned later.
3. Creating Multiple Tasks:
You can repeat the process above to create multiple tasks without assigning them to anyone. Just provide the task details and click Save.
4. Assigning Tasks to Team Members or Contacts:
Once you've created contactless tasks, you can assign them at any time:
Edit Task: Click on the three dots next to the task and choose Edit Task.
Assign to a Team Member: In the edit menu, select a team member from the Assign To field.
Assign to a Contact: You can also associate the task with a specific contact by selecting one from the Contact field.
Once done, click Update to save the changes.
5. Reassigning Tasks:
If you need to change the assigned team member or contact:
Click on the three dots next to the task, choose Edit Task.
Remove the current assignee and select another team member or contact.
Click Update to finalize the reassignment.
6. Filtering Unassigned Tasks:
To view tasks that have not yet been assigned to any team member:
Click on the Assignee button at the top of the task list.
Check the Unassigned box and click Apply.
This filter will display all tasks that are currently unassigned.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage internal, contactless tasks and assign them to team members when needed in TheraSaaS.
