  4. Choose the users you'd like to include in the chat.

  5. Click Start Chat to begin the conversation.

? Tips:

  • You can send text messages, emojis, and file attachments.

  • To keep things organized, add a subject by clicking the edit icon in the top center of the chat window.

? Once you set a subject, you can search internal chats by:

  • Subject line

  • Participant names

  • Last message content

➕ Adding Users to an Existing Chat

  1. Open the internal chat you want to modify.

  2. In the right panel, click Add Users.

  3. Select the users you'd like to invite.

  4. Click Next, then choose if they should see previous messages.

  5. Click Confirm.

⚠️ Note: Once a user is added, they cannot be removed from the chat.

? Customizing Notifications

Stay on top of your chats without getting overwhelmed:

  1. Go to Settings > My Profile > Notifications.

  2. Under Internal Chat Notifications, choose:

    • ✅ Receive alerts for every message in chats you're in

    • ➕ Get notified only when you're added to a new internal chat

? Access and Permissions

  • Only users with sub-account access can participate in Internal Chats.

  • Internal chats are not visible to contacts or clients.

  • Each participant sees only the chats they’re a part of.
