You can limit your clinical team members' access to conversations and contacts in TheraSaaS by adjusting their user permissions. This ensures that they only see data relevant to them. Follow these steps to restrict access:

- Navigate to Settings:
Log in to TheraSaaS and go to the Settings section.
Manage Staff Permissions:
Select My Staff and choose the staff member whose permissions you want to edit.
Modify Roles and Permissions:
Click on Roles and Permissions for the selected staff member.
Adjust Data Visibility Scope:
Locate the Data Visibility Scope setting.
Change the setting from All Records to Only Assigned Data.
What This Change Does:
With this setting enabled, the team member will only be able to view contacts and messages where they are either:
The assigned owner of the contact or conversation.
A follower of the conversation.
This ensures that clinical team members can only access conversations that are relevant to their assigned clients, enhancing privacy and security within your organization.
