Using the Trust Center in TheraSaaS

Modified on Thu, 25 Jun at 9:58 AM

Register your business so calls and texts are trusted — not flagged as spam — by phone carriers.

What this covers

This guide explains how to navigate and complete tasks within the Trust Center in TheraSaaS. The Trust Center is crucial for ensuring your business communications are trusted and recognized by phone carriers — covering your Business Profile, Trusted Calling, and SMS registration.

  • 1Access the Trust Center
Go to Settings, click Phone Numbers on the left, then open the Trust Center tab to manage trusted calling and registration.
  • 2Set up your Business Profile
Purpose: Establishes your business as legitimate and credible to email, voice, and SMS services.
In the Trust Center, click Business Profile and enter all required information — business name, address, and other details.
    • Use the address recognized by the IRS for your business to avoid issues.
    • Submit your profile for review (approval may take a few days).
    • Once approved, your calls and messages can be trusted by carriers.
  • 3Enable Trusted Calling (SHAKEN/STIR)
Purpose: Helps ensure calls made through TheraSaaS aren't flagged as spam by carriers.
After your Business Profile is approved, enable Trusted Calling in the Trust Center. No additional forms are needed — just a completed Business Profile. Approval takes a few days; once done, a blue indicator shows Trusted Calling is enabled.
  • 4Complete A2P Brand & Campaign Registration (SMS)
Purpose: Ensures your SMS messages are recognized as legitimate and aren't marked as spam.
Start the A2P registration in the Trust Center and follow the guided steps. Be ready to provide examples of the message templates your business will send. A help document or template is available to assist with the required fields. The process has eight steps, some of which are skipped automatically if your Business Profile is already approved.
    Important

Once you start, you cannot go back and edit previous answers. You can pause and return later — it will pick up where you left off — but completed answers are locked.

  • 5CNAM RegistrationComing Soon
CNAM (Caller Name) Registration is still under development. Once available, it will likely let you register the name that appears when you make calls.
TaskWhat it does
Business ProfileFill out and submit for review to establish your business's legitimacy.
Trusted Calling (SHAKEN/STIR)Enable once your profile is approved to prevent calls from being marked as spam.
A2P Brand & CampaignComplete this so your text messaging campaigns are trusted by carriers.
CNAM RegistrationNot yet available — will later manage your caller ID name.
Best practice

Complete the Business Profile first — it unlocks Trusted Calling and auto-skips steps in A2P registration, saving you time on everything downstream.

Watch out for

A2P answers lock as you go, so gather your business details and sample message templates before you begin. Also use your IRS-recognized address to avoid review delays.
