This guide explains how to navigate and manage your company’s billing and subscription settings in TheraSaaS, including modifying plans, updating payment methods, and understanding billing history.


1. Access the Billing Section

  1. Log in to TheraSaaS.

  2. On the bottom left of your screen, navigate to Settings.

  3. Click on Company Billing to access all your billing details.


2. View and Modify Subscription Plans

  • Once inside the billing section, your current subscription plan will be displayed at the top.

  • To modify your subscription (e.g., upgrade or downgrade), click on the option to adjust your plan.

    • Follow the prompts to select the new plan that suits your needs.


3. Manage Payment Methods

  • Under Payment Methods, you can:

    • Add a new credit card.

    • Update your existing card on file.

    • Ensure that your payment details are current to avoid any service interruptions.

4. Review Billing History

  • Your billing history will show a list of all charges.

    • Click the down arrow next to any entry to view more details.

    • You can also view and download invoices for individual charges.


5. Understanding Credits and Transactions

  • If you're on a Starter Plan, you will see a monthly credit (e.g., $10) to cover certain usage costs like phone calls, emails, and text messages.

  • Below the credits section, you can:

    • See your total balance.

    • Review your transactions by clicking on See Transactions.


6. Review Usage and Costs

  • Inside the Transactions section, you can view every transaction for the account, including emails, phone calls, and SMS text messages.

    • Transactions are updated with a 24-hour delay.

    • For each transaction, click on the unique identifier for more detailed information.

    • You can also export the transaction data for further analysis or record-keeping.


7. Understand One-Time Fees

  • New accounts may see some one-time fees, such as:

    • A2P registration fees: A one-time charge to verify your business with cell phone carriers, allowing you to send text messages.

    • Phone number fees: Each phone number you register incurs a monthly fee (e.g., $2.30 per phone number).

    • These fees will not recur unless you register additional phone numbers.


8. Monitor Monthly Usage

  • Track your monthly usage of phone calls, text messages, and emails.

    • Charges for these services will be reflected in the usage summary for each billing cycle.
