Step-by-step guide

1Access the billing section
Log in to TheraSaaS. On the bottom left of your screen, go to Settings, then click Company Billing to access all your billing details.
2View and modify subscription plans
Your current subscription plan is displayed at the top of the billing section. To upgrade or downgrade, click the option to adjust your plan, then follow the prompts to select the plan that suits your needs.
3Manage payment methods
Under Payment Methods, you can:
- Add a new credit card.
- Update your existing card on file.
Keep your payment details current to avoid any service interruptions.
4Review billing history
Your billing history shows a list of all charges.
- Click the down arrow next to any entry to view more details.
- View and download invoices for individual charges.
5Understand credits and transactions
If you're on a Starter Plan, you'll see a monthly credit (e.g., $10) to cover certain usage costs like phone calls, emails, and text messages. Below the credits section, you can:
- See your total balance.
- Review your transactions by clicking See Transactions.
6Review usage and costs
Inside the Transactions section, you can view every transaction for the account — emails, phone calls, and SMS text messages.
- Transactions are updated with a 24-hour delay.
- Click a transaction's unique identifier for more detailed information.
- Export the transaction data for further analysis or record-keeping.

7Understand one-time fees

New accounts may see some one-time fees:

Fee	What it is
A2P registration	A one-time charge to verify your business with cell phone carriers, allowing you to send text messages.
Phone number fee	Each phone number you register incurs a monthly fee (e.g., $2.30 per number).

Good to know

These fees will not recur unless you register additional phone numbers.

8Monitor monthly usage
Track your monthly usage of phone calls, text messages, and emails. Charges for these services are reflected in the usage summary for each billing cycle.

Check the Company Billing section regularly to manage your subscription, monitor expenses, and keep payment methods up to date. Knowing your credits, fees, and transaction history keeps your costs predictable.
