Your TheraSaaS contact form is blank, broken, or showing an error on your website. Visitors can't submit inquiries, and you may see a white box, a script error, or nothing at all where the form should appear.
This usually happens when the embed code is pasted into the wrong type of block in your website builder, or when the snippet was copied incompletely. Some website platforms also strip or block external scripts unless placed inside a dedicated HTML or code element. Browser caching can also cause an outdated (broken) version of the page to persist even after a fix is applied.
Always test your form embed in an incognito window immediately after publishing. Enable the honeypot field by default on all public-facing forms before embedding.
If the form still doesn't load after trying all steps, contact support with: the URL of the page where the form is embedded, your website builder platform (Squarespace, Wix, etc.), and a screenshot of the error or blank area.
