How to Set Up Verified Caller ID

Show your own phone number on outbound calls instead of an unfamiliar platform number.

What is Verified Caller ID?

Verified Caller ID lets you display your personal or business phone number when making outbound calls through TheraSaaS. Instead of seeing an unfamiliar platform number, your contacts see your actual, verified number on their caller ID.

Brand recognition

Contacts recognize your familiar number and are more likely to answer than ignore an unknown one.

Professional consistency

Keeps your number consistent across channels, whether you call from your direct line or the platform.

Trust building

People trust recognized numbers, reducing the chance your calls get marked as spam or ignored.

Return calls

If someone misses your call, they call back your real number — not a system number that may not reach you.

In short, Verified Caller ID bridges the gap between modern calling platforms and the personal connection of your established phone number.

  • 1Open Add Verified Caller ID
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers, and under the Add Number section, click Add Verified Caller ID.
  • 2Enter the number to verify
Enter the phone number you want contacts to see when you call, then click Verify Number.
  • 3Complete the verification call
A pop-up appears with a verification code, and at the same time you'll get an incoming call on the number you're verifying. Answer the call and enter the code from the pop-up when prompted. Once accepted, your number is verified and appears under the Verified Caller ID tab.
  • 4Apply it to your TheraSaaS number
Select the TheraSaaS number you want to use this caller ID for and click Edit Configuration.

Choose Use your Verified Number as caller ID for outbound calls, pick your verified number, and save. You can now make calls that display your own number.
Note

Verified Caller ID applies to calls only — it cannot be used for SMS.

Best practice

Verify the number your clients already know so missed-call callbacks reach you directly and your answer rate stays high.

Watch out for

You must answer the verification call and enter the code to finish setup. The feature works for outbound calls only, not texts.
